According to the proposal submitted to the City of Markham, we can expect this development to feature four new residential condominiums titled Building A1, Building A2, Building B1 and Building B2. This will be the perfect community for buyers and investors in search of the perfect urban lifestyle away from the overcrowded big city metropolis.
Building A1 will rise 33- storeys tall and Building A2 will be 34-storeys tall. Both will be located along the rail corridor with shared, five levels of an above-grade parking structure.
Building B1 will rise 12-storeys tall and will sit along Enterprise Boulevard. Meanwhile, Building B2 will rise 33-storeys and be located at the northwest corner of Enterprise Boulevard and University Avenue.

A one-level underground parking garage will also be available which spans the entire subject site.
