Realm Condominiums will occupy space just steps west of Appleby Line on Thomas Alton Road. The condo will sit at the corner of Thomas Alton and Palladium Way, offering thoughtful designs to fit individual needs and styles. Units will be available in 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom layouts throughout the different styles of homes.
The condo buildings will hold 441 condo units ranging in sizes from 446 sq.ft to 1,163 sqft with two contemporary 16-storey towers connected by a 5-storey base podium; for a total of 21 storeys. Under the building will sit three levels of underground parking for the residents, and one level of underground parking for the stacked condo units. The proposed towers are expected to frame the majority of the Palladium Way frontage with a continuous street wall before wrapping around the northeast corner – where the second of the two towers is located.
The townhouses will consist of 21 standard townhouse units and 150 stacked townhouse units. The standard townhouses will rise 3-storeys and will face an inner street that includes 6-metre deep, lush rear yards. This row of townhouses presents a flanking condition to both Thomas Alton and Palladium Way. The Back-to-Back townhouses will provide an alternative, improved streetscape, with multiple residential front doors, however they will not feature driveways as a result of the proposed underground parking.
