The Developer

This development company is a boutique firm that’s rapidly gaining recognition for their projects. Their founder spent years as a VP for Freed Developments, working on some of downtown Toronto’s most high-profile residential and mixed-use buildings. He branched out to start his own firm and has had success with boutique condominiums in the west end, with his latest winning an Award of Excellence at the 2017 Toronto Urban Design Awards.
