This proposal is set to demolish an existing and unused building that is currently sitting in the development site. This unused building will be replaced with a 39-storey high-rise that will offer a thriving new set of residential, retail and office opportunities for the area.

This development will include 39,751 square-feet of office space on the first four storeys followed by indoor and outdoor amenities dedicated to the fifth floor. Residential units will start above the 5-storey podium.

The ground floor will also hold the proposed 3,178 square-feet of retail space to bring in foot traffic from the vibrant streets. The residential units will be divided between:

  • 47 – Studio Units
  • 168 – One Bedroom Units
  • 34 – One Bedroom Plus Den
  • 212 – Two Bedroom Units)
  • 51 – Three Bedroom Units

These units will range in size to suit the needs of anyone, no matter their lifestyle. Investors can expect these suites to approximately range from 303 to 880 square-feet. Amenity space will also be provided with over 8,000 square-feet of indoor amenities and over 3,300 square-feet of outdoor amenities.

The entire fifth floor will be dedicated to the amenities and we can only expect a wide-range of amenities to suit anyone from children to young adults. There will also be an outdoor terrace overlooking the fifth floor. This development has so much to offer its future residents.
