Downtown Toronto’s most exciting condo will be launching in 2021. Canary House Condos will build on the success of the Canary Park District’s previous phases. Like its predecessors, it will provide an amenity-rich living environment in the heart of a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. It offers unparalleled luxury and convenience and it is a great real estate property for investing or urban living.

Canary House Condos is a mixed-use residential and retail condominium development. This pre-construction project is located at 475 Front Street East close to the Front Street East and Cherry Street intersection.

This development is the newest phase of the Canary master-planned community. Its award-winning neighbourhood offers a premier urban living experience. Nearby amenities, fast transit, open parks… everything needed for city living.

Canary House Condos features a 13-storey residential tower attached to an 8-storey podium. Select units will be equipped with a balcony beginning on the third floor. From the tenth floor onwards, the tower will be encircled by a balcony. The condo will consist of 205 living units featured in the following configurations:

  • 43 one-bedroom units
  • 79 one-bedroom + den units
  • 38 two-bedroom units
  • 19 two-bedroom + den units
  • 26 three-bedroom units

This condo will feature a total of 771 square metres of amenity space. 349 sq.m will be used outdoors, while the remaining 422 sq.m will be allocated to the following indoor floors:

  • 224 sq.m on the 5th floor
  • 129 sq.m on the 6th floor
  • 69 sq.m on the 9th floor that lead out to 349.8 square metres of outdoor amenities

Canary House is just one component of the Canary District square block development. The first phase of the development is the 4-storey Anishnawbe Community Health Centre. It will be joined by a 5-storey job training centre.

The development will also host an 11-storey rental residence. This rental apartment will contain 238 units. It is located at the southern end opposite from the condo.

The condo and rental residences both have units in the podium, but they do not share amenities or facilities. Each residence has their own lobbies and entrances.
